A lot of brand managers leave in their first two years. Rarely because they aren't capable: more often because no one gave them a clear way to figure out what to work on first.
I ran into this myself early at P&G. At Kellogg, I built a system to address it: an AI-powered prioritization tool using n8n workflows and multi-agent AI that collects tasks, scores them by urgency and impact, and gives managers a clear daily view of what matters most. It's designed to bring structure to a role that often starts with none.
The project won the Kellogg Future Unicorn Award.
